(Al-Hakim and At-Tirmidhi.)"I have found in Allahs book a Surah thirty passages long; whomever reads it while he sleeps thirty good deeds are written for him; thirty wrong actions are removed, and he is promoted thirty degrees," Ibn Abbas adds.
Allah sends an angel to cover him with his wings and guard him from harm till he awakens.
